The young Georgian mezzo-soprano Nino Chikovani has a full, warm big voice with dark color.
She has already gained her first experience in both the lyric and the youthful dramatic repertoire.
Parts like Ulrica – Un Ballo in Maschera / Verdi and Carmen / Bizet belong to her repertoire
as well as Charlotte – Werther / Massenet and Zenobia – Radamisto / Händel.
She is a laureate of several international competitions.
She received her master’s degree in singing from the State Conservatoire in Tiblisi, Georgia.
She completed further studies at the University of Music in Lübeck with Prof. Manuela Uhl.
Nino Chikovani is trained in classical ballet.
